This coating
line is use to coating the pipe line with interlayer powered
concrete coating for undersea liquid transportation.
Process
description
1- raw pipe
inter to the line by crane or lift truck
2- Pipe Surface Quality Check
3- pipe with quality problem move out for repair
4- quality passed pipe transport to coating station
5- in coating station special formulated concrete coat on
the pipe together with wire mesh to offer stability and
strange to the coating
6- after coating pipe move to end trimming and final QC
station
7- QC passed coated pipe go to weighting station
8- final inspection, marking , storage
